CPM project management workshop

The new CPM training is designed to suit the needs of project managers and project team members who want to improove their knowledge of project management by applying it to a concrete example, tracking the entire project from initiation to closure.

Through a three-day practical teamwork, the attendees will explore the systematic approach to project management on the model of the investment project. Practical work and exercises in different team roles in initiating, planning, implementation, monitoring and closure of the project includes the planning and preparation of all necessary documentation.
